Below are the questions we receive most often about how these terms work, what your rights are, and how specific rules apply to your saatking account in India.

These terms apply to every individual who opens an account on saatking. By completing registration and accessing the lobby, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause set out in this document, as permitted under local law.

We will not change terms without notifying you first. When an update is made, an email is sent to your registered address before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use the account after the effective date means you accept the revised conditions.

All deposits made via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are governed by Section 4 of these terms. Funds are credited to your wallet once the payment rail confirms settlement, which typically happens within a minute of initiating the transfer.

When you close your account, we retain transaction records and identity documents for the period required by applicable Indian law. After that period, data is deleted unless legal proceedings require us to hold it longer.

Open the wallet history in your account dashboard, locate the entry in question, and select the dispute option. Our payments team reviews each dispute within 48 hours and responds with a resolution or a request for supporting documents.

Eligibility to access the platform depends on local law in your state. Where local law permits access, these terms apply in full. Where local law restricts access, that restriction takes precedence over anything stated in these terms.

Send a written data-access request through our support email or Help Centre form. We will verify your identity, compile a copy of all data fields we hold on your account, and deliver it to your registered email within seven working days.
